Custom Basements
Adding a custom basement to your house can be an exciting and rewarding project. Whether you're looking to expand your living space, create a new home, or add a guest room a room addition can provide the extra space you need.
A basement build-out starts with the unglamorous parts done right — moisture, insulation and layout — before any finishes go in. Then we turn the space into what your family actually needs: a family room, home office, guest space, or all three, with lighting, flooring and trim that make it feel like part of the house rather than an afterthought.
